Starters

Tomato, mozzarella and pesto tart

 Crab risotto with parmesan wafer

 Chicken liver pate with toast

 French onion soup with heart shape crouton

  Main course

Breast of Chicken with a white wine and mushroom sauce

 Loch Duart Salmon with a lemon and chive butter sauce

 Belly of Wiltshire Pork with sage and onion rings and crispy crackling

 Ratatouille and mozzarella strudel

 All served with a selection of green vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes

Desserts

Chocolate and Bailey’s brioche bread and butter pudding

 Mixed berry Eton mess

 Oranges with Grand Marnier and caramelised orange zest
